Well I thought I'd make a post for the gym it looked all sad with no posts in it LOL!

I'm such a slacker. I have a free gym at work, and I haven't been since before the wedding.

We have just bought an exercise bike and bench press at home though. I did 25 minutes on the bike last night, and some weights.
